Our metal fabricators have the skill and know how to complete even the most demanding of steel fabrication projects. In terms of finishes EMS provides a range of options including but not limited to, priming, painting, galvanization and powder coating.

Structural Fabrication

In addition to large structural steel erections, we also provide small structural sections, structural plates as well as light plates and we can perform structural alterations either onsite or in our workshop.

Our team are highly qualified and experienced in creating everything from fairly straightforward steel structures to much more complex and challenging work. Sheet Metal Fabrication

We undertake sheet metal work including flashings, capping’s, trims and architectural cladding along with any other type of sheet metal or cladding our customers require. Our pipe welding work includes stainless steel and/or low carbon steel piping for product or liquid.

We take the greatest care to look after our customers from their first enquiry through to completion whether we are delivering a fabrication we made in our workshop or fully installing a structure we put together onsite. Sheet Metal Services

Laser Cutting: State-of-the-art laser-cutting systems enable our fabricators to cut various types of sheet metal, such as steel, stainless steel and aluminium, with precision.

Plasma Cutting: Gives our fabricators the ability to accurately cut thicker metals, such as steel, into various shapes, enabling us to complete heavy-duty sheet metal work projects.

Welding: To complete your sheet metal project, our fabricators will use the appropriate welding technique. Our competent coded welders are fully conversant in Mig, Tig, and Arc welding.
