Replacement Hinged Panel Cattle Grid

EMS Ltd manufactured and installed a hinged cattle grid assembly for our client.

Qualifications Required:

• Welder Qualifications BS EN 9606
• Procedures BS EN ISO 51614
• BS EN ISO 1090-2 Execution Class 2

Work Completed:

Following a thorough site survey of the existing opening, EMS completed a hinged cattle grid to fit within the original opening. Each section hinged for access to clean and empty the trough periodically. Panels were to sit and bolt to the existing sub-frame to negate rattling as vehicles drive across the new grid.
